  1. 'We' refers to the company known as Furnish My Flat Ltd, registered in England and Wales with the registered address being 18-20 High Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 8JG and the registration number of 8332003.
  2. 'Website' refers to the website found at http://www.billingtonbrown.co.uk/, which is owned by Furnish My Flat Ltd.
  3. 'You' refers to any customer who visits, purchases or registers on our website.
  4. 'Content' refers to any material on our website, including images, text, audio, graphics and video.
  5. By visiting and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page.


The prices stated on this website are in pounds sterling and are payable in pounds sterling, which includes any necessary taxes. These prices include the cost of delivery within the United Kingdom and we reserve the right to change any of these prices, at any time, without prior notice.

For each of our products we try to highlight the best prices in comparison to market prices for identical or similar items. These are estimates which depend upon the items quality, finish, retail location and other factors.

Product Purchasing

When you make an order with us, you enter into a contract whereby you offer to make a purchase from our website. This is accepted by us in the form of a confirmation email. Items on the same order which have not been confirmed in your confirmation email are not part of that contract.

Orders are placed and received via the internet or by phoning our customer service team and processed by Furnish My Flat Ltd.

Before ordering from our website, it is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the products, by checking the item dimensions against any interior doors, walls, stairs and the room in which the item will be placed, including any obstacles which may pose a problem.

When completing your order at the checkout, all information must be filled in accurately. Any additional charges due to delivery complications or missed delivery because of incorrect details will be added your order invoice.

Your order can be cancelled at any time before 14 days of the estimated lead time. We will then provide you with a refund for the cost of those item(s). Cancellations made within 14 days of estimated delivery will be refunded, minus our delivery charge.

If you would like to change your delivery address, or any other details, please contact us or visit your User Area. Any changes to your order will need to be approved by Furnish My Flat Ltd.


Furnish My Flat Ltd uses a secure merchant bank gateway in order to protect any data related to payment. When processing your payment, your credit or debit card will be charged for the whole amount of your order.

We only accept payment via the cards and methods listed on our website.

The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you confirm payment. After you will receive an email from us confirming the sale, product availability and expected average lead time.

We will not be held liable for refusing to process a payment, and we reserve the right to refuse for any reason, at any time.


We deliver within the United Kingdom and does not currently deliver outside of the UK. Delivery costs are included in our product prices, therefore no additional delivery costs will be added at the checkout. Delivery lead times may vary depending on the products. Delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming your order(s) are subject to change. We will do our best to notify you of all changes.

We may use different couriers and services to delivery your order, depending on the items weight, size and quantity. In specific cases where the item is larger, we use a special delivery service, who will contact you in order to confirm a mutually agreeable delivery time.

Returns Policy & Procedures

If you need to return your purchase for any reason you must:

  1. Notify us by contacting our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item
  2. Provide your order reference number
  3. Give us a description of why you wish to return your product, including all necessary details
  4. Calls to our customer service phone line are answered during our UK opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Emails sent through our contact form are usually answered within one or two working days. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange collection of the items.
  5. Before signing the delivery form, we ask that you check your goods for damage. If you are not satisfied with what you have received, please write this on the delivery form and contact us as soon as you are able.
  6. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item, call us as soon as possible to discuss a refund, repair or replacement. We will ask you to send us a photo or sketch of any damage and if we validate your complaint we will arrange collection of the item via our courier. We ask that you include your customer order details within the package to be returned. Once received, we will check the items and contact you to discuss either a replacement or refund. Please note: we reserve the right to charge a collection fee, depending on the weight and size of the item in question.
